Recipe of the Month: Pumpkin Pie Photo by Scott Philips for Fine Cooking Magazine, 2005. | As many of you know, Jessica Bard food-styled for Fine Cooking magazine for a several years. This pumpkin pie recipe by Carolyn Weil was not only one of her favorites shots to style but a favorite to do for our cooking demonstrations and classes (and to eat, of course!) The detailed instructions have you make the sumptuous, all-butter crust in your stand mixer! And you roll it out right away!
