If you like yoga and good health, then check out this recipe of the month, Moroccon Chickpea Tagine, from Executive Chef Deb Morgan of  Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the nearby western Berkshires.

Kripalu Seasonal Menus: Summer 2010 features 63 healthy recipes, 13 summer menus in 1 great little cookbook. (Click the book cover image, at right, if you're interested in buying it!)

Whether you are new to the kitchen or already love to cook, you'll find culinary inspiration in this nutrition-rich series of recipes and menus from Kripalu's Executive Chef, Deb Morgan. Accompanied by mouth-watering photography, as well as practical and inspirational tips on cooking, food, and nutrition, this book is a treat for the mind, body, and soul.
