It's June and the "GREEN" products just keep rolling in. This month alone, we have three brands of stainless steel water bottles, bamboo utensil sets, and resusable sandwich bags. Plus we have a plethora of "green" items made by our regularly featured companies. They manufacture in the most responsible way they can and/or use materials that are renewable, from wooden Boos Blocks to horn caviar spoons and spreaders. It's not listed yet but I went to a nice Farmer's Market in Philmont, New York last weekend- got some great produce, wine, a basket, and natural bug spray!
Plus, I had a yummy breakfast at Philmont's Main Street Public House - The food is as local as they can!
And I heard you can get a great dinner at the restaurant Local 111.
