McGrath and long-time cooking cohort, Jessica Bard, are together again in an
exclusive appearance at WKC! For the last 10 years, Chef McGrath has been
traveling the world as a private chef on mega-yachts cooking for the rich &
famous. She is a graduate of the CIA (you might remember her as Pam Zearfoss)
in addition to stints and stages in fine Parisian restaurants.

Asian Appetizer Demo We will show you how to work with wily rice paper wrappers to make yummy,
light, and fresh-tasting Vietnamese Summer Rolls! Also see how easy it is to
bake wonton wrappers into teeny cups for Thai Beef Salad Canapes and how to
make the classic skewered chicken with a spicy peanut sauce, Easy Chicken Satay.

Rhinebeck Farmer's Market opening day is this Mother's Day (May 9th) FREE seedlings for all mothers!
Located in the Municipal Parking Lot on
East Market St. in the Village of Rhinebeck, 12572
KidzTown rock - fun and educational music for kids of all ages.
The next Saugerties Farmers Market
is Sunday, May 16, noon - 4pm with seasonal foods and a plant sale. It
is at the Senior Center at 207 Market St, indoors or outdoors depending
on the weather.
They open the summer season on Saturday, May 29 (Memorial Day
weekend), 9am - 1pm on Main St, two blocks east of Partition St, next to
119 Main St, the Saugerties Historical Society's Kiersted House. |
