Getting to Know Your Chef's Knife
Learn to Chop, Slice, and Dice Safely!
6:30 - 8:30 PM  ~  Hands-on Class  ~  $40 per person
Knife Skills Class In WKC's signature class, learn basic and precision knife cuts, safety, and technique. Try out a variety of knife styles: traditional European chef's knife shapes plus Japanese shapes and Santoku-style knives. Chef Wes will do a short cooking demo as well to illustrate why good knife skills are important! A stir-fry of julienned vegetables with rice will be served.
