6:30 - 8:30 PM ~ Hands-on Class ~ $40
per person In this class you will learn how to make homemade pasta dough and tasty things to go with it!. Chef Wes likes to flavor his dough with basil and/or tomato.  You can too! Learn
how to roll out the dough and make hand cut pappardelle and machine cut fettuccine. If you have your own past machine - get it
out and bring it to class! If not, we can share (or you can buy one! Click the

Chef Wes will make his signature sweet potato ravioli, once
