Art Show Set Up, May 2 - Help set up our special children's art show, from our "Knock, Knock! Doors of the Imagination" program. Work starts at 10:30 a.m.
Special First Friday Reception, May 4 - We celebrate the creative work of children from our "Knock, Knock! Doors of the Imagination" program. Volunteers needed to help with food and beverage service, set up, clean up, greeting guests, retail sales, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Business Member Newsletter - Help create newsletter for AHC business members, develop content, format, distribution plan.

| Call to Artists | We are accepting proposals for solo and small group art exhibits for 2013.
Interested artists can email barbarap@visitahc.org for information on our exhibits and details for applying. Artists are also encouraged to attend one of our First Friday art openings to see how it all works.

Art Program for Kids
we have a few spaces left
Do you have a budding young artist in your life? On Saturday, April 21st the AHC is hosting a free art program for kids grades 1-6 taught by our featured artist, Sue Lau. Kids will create art based on the theme of "Doors in Art and Architecture".
The resulting work will hang at the AHC in May in celebration of Preservation Month.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited.

The AHC is once again participating in the Volunteer Appreciation Passport Exchange! Current AHC volunteers are eligible to visit many great museums, gardens and exhibits in Oregon and SW Washington on specific dates in April and May. The Irvington Home Tour is a special day where the neighborhood shows their pride in wonderful Historic Irvington. The Home Tour is the sole source of revenue for the neighborhood association, which uses the funds exclusively to support local charities and neighborhood projects.

The Auction is October 20th, but it is not too early to start planning!
Do you have some time to donate and skills that would be valuable to our committee? We need several people to join the committee and we have a spot for you! Roles, responsibilities and time commitment vary depending on the position and on your skills and interests. Fund raising experience is not required.
