Our theme for this year's "Riches of a City" Heritage Auction is "A Streetcar Named Preservation." We look back on the historic streetcar lines of Portland as we move forward with the arrival of a new streetcar line on Grand Avenue. Preservation is at the heart of the AHC's mission and is what guides us as we welcome the modern streetcar of the 21st century. Jump on board! Guests holding Patron tickets will enjoy a private reception at the AHC before the auction begins and they'll enjoy early entrance to the auction.

The venue is the historic Melody Ballroom. Built in 1925 for the Woodmen of the World, a fraternal organization, the building was considered the largest and finest hall of its kind. It was designed by Portland architects Wallace William Lucius and Earl G. Cash. Explore this historic space, enjoy a festive evening and support the AHC
