Khalifa's topic, "Uplifting Your Sister Through Consultation," focussed on the importance of mentoring in the professional world and harnessing the collective experience of all women through consultation. Ansari's topic, "Uplifting our Sisters Through Encouragement," focussed on the concept of "enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong" in terms of promoting strong personal, moral and ethical framework and encouraging others to be the best they can be.
  • On February 18, 2012, Khalifa, Amin Tomeh, Dr. Abdallah Kapic, and Salma Stoman conducted a "Meaningful Conversation (MC) Workshop" in Warner Robins. MC is an ISB-Atlanta pioneered workshop to help train speakers on how to engage in meaningful conversation with people of other faith traditions. The workshop, attended by 40 people, included a presentation by each speaker as well as role plays for the audience to participate.
