Three simple techniques to help you gather information which you can then use to create valuable content for your e-newsletter readers!
An effective e-newsletter is one that readers open, click through and look forward to receiving. Ideally, they forward it to friends and colleagues and those recipients sign up as well. It is a publication that drives traffic to your store or website and keeps you engaged with your customers between visits and purchases. Creating content that keeps your readers interested and engaged is key. Understanding who your readers are, and what they are interested in, makes creating that content easier!

Hints and Tips
How to set-up the 'Update Profile' option to appear in YOUR e-newsletter footer
The 'Update Profile/Email Address' link may not be visible in the footer of your Constant Contact documents. It is a setting that is independent of the template you choose and needs to be switched 'ON'.
To do this, go into the "My Settings" tab at the top of your CC account page.
Scroll down to "footer options" (shown here from my account with it already switched 'ON')
If it is not already on, click on 'Edit Footer Info' and switch it 'ON'. Also, if for any reason you do not want to offer this option, you can leave it, or switch it to, 'OFF'.
The editor will show you what the footer will now look like with the choices you have made.
There are many interesting options available to you on that page. You may want to look around and modify some of the others as well. If you are curious what they do, please call or email, I will be happy to explain.
Just remember to SAVE YOUR CHANGES when you are done!
