A logo and stationery from the early years of your business, a website that was designed for a business and clients that no longer reflect your current situation or one that has been added to haphazardly as your business has grown. Then some of you have added a blog and/or an e-newsletter and maybe a FaceBook Page or Linked-In group.
This is usually because, as your business has grown, you have just added to what you had. The end result is often disjointed and unclear.
These quieter summer months are a good time to sit down and look, comprehensively, at your goals, your existing materials and resources and to create a coherent marketing plan.
