Regional Planning Meetings for Dimucci property
Lake County Regional Planning Commission has meetings scheduled for Dimucci Family development application.
The Dimucci family has submitted a development application to Lake County to develop their approximately 109 acres of property at Rt. 12 and Old McHenry Road. The request is for a rezoning from residential to commercial with a planned unit development to allow for up to 53 acres of high quality commercial development, surrounded by about 50 acres of open space.
The next step in the review process is for the Regional Planning Commission (RPC) to take public input and evaluate the development for consistency with the County's Comprehensive Plan.The RPC meeting schedule is below:
June 20, June 25
5:00 - 9:30 pm.
(The meeting will conclude earlier if business is concluded.)

2012 Veto Session Dates
The General Assembly has set the dates for the 2012 Veto Session. They are November 27-29 and December 4-6.
