Where Do You Stand?
"Libertarians have a clear position to defend here -- Tricia and Jim Feijo have a right to speak freely under the US Constitution. Congress, the Federal Government, and its various subordinate entities may make no law or regulation and the courts may render no decision to prevent them from speaking freely. If it turns out they lie in order to make a profit, they may be sued by those who are injured by their deception. There may be no legal prior restraint of speech, and when courts decide otherwise, they enter into forbidden territory and violate their oath to uphold the US Constitution.

We don't have to agree with what people say. They may be wrong; we may be wrong. If we wish to be free, however, we cannot allow anyone to silence our fellow citizens."

What would you do?
We have been asked not to do radio because the FTC is monitoring our every word. Our legal councel are concerned that we could harm our case by answering health questions. Elaine calls in needing help because of her lung cancer and her pain, but we are instructed to not answer. What would you do? We are told not to direct people to the DC1fellowship where people from all different denominations have been doing what Jesus commands us to do, heal the sick. What would you do? MAY YAHWEH COVER AND BLESS YOU!

Tyranny is Tyranny
Would you, will you be silenced? Islamic terrorists took over flight 93 that crashed. Brave men decided they had to act. Recentl,y as I sat on the plane, I asked my wife how and what we are doing is different.
Did they really have to act, should they have just sat there and accepted their situation? Why didn't they just concede? My question to my wife was why don't we just lay down? Why resist the tyranny of the federal government?
There is no difference: we must act, we must stand and we must fight TYRANNY!
