Constitution Expert and brother in the Lord, Herb Titus, delivered the Oral Argument for Daniel Chapter One. Allowed only 10 minutes, he focused on the one issue (out of 5 raised in the Appeal Brief) of clinical studies. The FTC hijacks words and gives them meaning to serve their own purpose: in this case, they turned "reasonable basis" from their rule book into double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trials, the mantra of the FTC lawyers in the FTC kangaroo court, and the outrageously impossible standard with which they hung us. Another word trick they played but did not mention until the Opposition Brief to our Appeal was to say "reasonable consumer expectation" is that our natural products have been through such studies. While that charge had not been raised before and is an unproven and preposterous assertion, that is how the FTC twist things to make a case against us.

     Our right to free speech as long as it is not deceptive and to religious freedom to believe what we will has been brutally trammeled by the Commission, and Titus exposed the actions against Daniel Chapter One as a federal agency abuse of power. He mentioned that Daniel Chapter One had two Expert Witnesses in court testify that there IS reasonable, scientific substantiation for the information Daniel Chapter One shares, and that the FTC relied upon the testimony of just one oncologist who manages drug trials for the pharmaceutical industry.
