Dear Beloved Brothers and Sisters,
First of all, thank you for all your responses to our last
newsletter! We are still thanking God for His victory -- but the enemy
is furious. I mean the rulers and principalities of darkness. . . as God tells us, we wrestle "not against flesh and blood."
One week to the day after the judge ruled righteously in Wash.
D.C., Sept. 21, the FDA/IRS/CID obtained a search warrant and descended
upon us the very next morning. With shouts of "RAID!!!" they stormed our
humble office building, and "searched and seized" for the next 4 hours.
We were locked out of the building. I watched them ransack my office
through the window.
They left in their big black Explorers with boxes of our property:
computers, files, affidavit testimonies, even the paper petitions. . .
From the Search Warrant, List of Items to be Seized:
# 16. Any and all correspondence, notes,
e-mail, posters, both written and electronic, which may be related to
the representation, in any manner, expressly or by
implication, that any DC1 products are articles intended for use in
the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in
man or other animals.
We patiently wait and, only for the great grace of our Lord and
Savior, have peace. Our joy before the raid was not misplaced, and we
continue to rejoice in the Lord. Your faithful prayers and words of
encouragement lift us daily.
God is Good and in control always.
