Greetings!
Dear Friend of Daniel Chapter One,
With hearts full of thanks and praise to our Lord and Savior, we thank you for your prayers last week while we were in Wash. DC for a hearing in District Court, Sept 14. Judge Emmett Sullivan rendered a righteous ruling in DENYING the FTC their motion for a preliminary injunction! The Lord assured us from Colossians Chapter 20 that He would fight the battle for us, and indeed He did! Your many words of encouragement were strengthening. The verdict that the judge had denied and stayed the motion came right after a caller prayed on air, on Daniel Chapter One Censored. Hallelujah!!! Praise God for such bold confidence in Him and faithfulness to do as He leads. Now we get ready for a date for the Court of Appeals. The hearing last Tues., Sept 14, was just to defend against "violations" charges from the FTC. The Judge freed us to next bring the FTC to Court, to appeal the Cease-and-Desist Order, to defend our 1st Amendment Rights under the Constitution and to stand for the Truth of Yahweh. . . We'll keep you posted. Please continue to pray for Justice, and moreover, that the Lord be glorified. Since already in Washington, we attended the Tea Party Rally on 9/12. It was quite exciting to see so many thousands of fellow Americans standing up to take back our wayward nation. The costumes are fun and the signs are the exercise of free speech of people who otherwise would not be heard, so it's all good -- despite the negative and slanderous comments from some in the media. Behind the signs and under the costumes are decent, hard-working citizens, like the American Patriots before us who fought for and believed in FREEDOM as an unalienable right bestowed upon us by our Creator. Last but not least, with both joy and sadness, we share the news that Jay Harrison's dad Chris Harrison died suddenly last Thursday and is now with the Lord. Jay, the GM of Accent Radio Network, built the Network in 2000 with the help of his dad, and Chris continued to help Daniel Chapter One and ARN in many ways. Chris was a quiet, hard worker who loved the Lord and his family. He manifested the fruits of the Spirit, and a kinder man you could not meet. He will be painfully missed. The solace of all who loved him is that he was made ready for death in life, and has eternal life, by his faith in Jesus, Y'Shua, his Savior. And so the Lord tells us all: "Prepare to meet thy God" Praise be to God, Elohim, for His enduring love! Truly yours, Jim & Tricia
