Communism! America!

What's the difference? Is there a difference?

I am compelled to write this since there is no one defending me at this moment. Not one church, not one Christian nutrition company, none. 

How dare I hint at the possibility that there could be a commonness between the USA and Russia? Am I losing it? Are we really in danger of losing our freedoms and becoming a country of people deprived of their liberties by tyrants? 

Tyrant: an absolute ruler unrestrained by law or constitution (Webster's New Collegiate Dictionary)

 It used to be in Russia, China, and Cuba you were guilty until proven innocent; in America you were innocent until proven guilty.  Today in communist countries it is still you are guilty until proven innocent. America, however, is no longer the same as it was. No, today in America you are guilty if tyrants in power say so, just like in any communist country.

"Not America!" you say. Consider this: I am not allowed to help anyone with cancer or any other disease. I cannot tell them how to use any natural product by Daniel Chapter One or by any other company. Not for cancer, runny nose, diabetes, Crohn's or any illness whatso- ever.  I am under an order by the FTC, Federal Trade Commission, to be silent for the next 20 years.

For the last 27 years as a ministry to our Lord Jesus, my wife Tricia and I have ministered all over the world. We were led to begin a ministry unto The Lord, Daniel Chapter One, founded to support underground churches in Communist countries. In this time period we have never harmed or killed anyone and we have never had a complaint nor have we ever been sued. Zero deaths in 27 years worldwide. During the same time the federal government's FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved drugs have killed 2,862,000 people just here in America. That statistic is from JAMA, The Journal of American Medical Association.

So why am I complaining to you? The FTC has denied us our constitutional rights. They have denied us due process guaranteed us by the constitution. The FTC has deceived the public, they have falsely accused us, they have framed us. How? The FTC made several statements then  said we made them. How? By taking segments of sentences from different paragraphs and making their own statements and tagging them to us. 

In nearly three years of standing against this tyranny of oppression, lies and coercion we have not had a trial by jury of our peers. Rather we have been bullied by an unholy government agency who lacks respect for the U.S. Constitution. We have been found guilty by sheer power of the FTC, whose rules are vague and made-up by the FTC as they go, influenced by the monetary power of the Pharmaceutical industry.  We have been accused by the FTC, tried in the FTC courts by the FTC judge and sentenced by the FTC Commission. What have we done? Nothing but serve and help people unto the Lord. Yet this unrighteous agency has spent over a million dollars (your tax dollars) and countless hours and energies painting us as demons and evil people. It is they who are responsible for deceiving the American people and keeping the truth from them! They are who Jesus spoke of in the last days: calling evil good and good evil. There is no better example of that being fulfilled than through this government and its agencies the FTC and FDA.

They have so far been successful in presenting us as the evildoers, but they will be judged by The Lord. He is Holy and Righteous and will judge them and us. He says that Satan is the accuser of the brethren.

America. . . home of the brave and land of the free!

The Lord tells us that in a country where justice is not enforced, evil rules.
