Greetings!
With no due process in court yet, Daniel Chapter One has been ordered to cease-and-desist from active ministry. We can still sell products. We will attempt to comply with the FTC order to the best of our ability. This oppression and continued coercion is wearying, but even if we must stand alone we will continue to stand. There are still many options we'll explore in the courts. The following is a letter Tricia sent out to a dear sister in the Lord who has been with us for nearly 2 decades.
We wanted to share it with you as an update.

TYRANNY BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT
Thanks Mary,
. . .we now call our radio show "Daniel Chapter One Censored". We cannot answer health questions and we cannot share testimonies, but the people can, so people have been calling in and helping one another -- which is the work of the Holy Spirit and we are thrilled. This Tues. we are to turn over our customer list which we are having a hard time with and in 30 days Jim is to sign a letter saying that only conventional cancer treatment has been "scientifically proven safe and effective in humans" - and mail it to all customers since 2005.
If Jim refuses, their fines will bankrupt us in no time, they'll seize all we have, and may even throw Jim in jail. He is ready to go. We won't get a trial for at least 6-12 months. So the lawyers are working on our defense against such government coercion as making us send that letter. They also have been seeking God for direction. I've cried several days while doing the show because the oppression is so great -- and our present decision-making so great, so burdensome, and all so grievous.
Trying to keep our eyes on the Lord -- who is over all this. Of course He is the one allowing it. Maybe we don't have His peace because we are not to try to fight it anymore, because we should not try to 'play their game' but just disobey and let them come take us away?
I'm praying for a word from God, let us know what He shows you if anything!

p.s. To All Readers: As I read this now, I am reminded of the very dark days we experienced immediately following the cease-and-desist order April 1. The Lord has since made a way for new ministry, given us peace, and we've been greatly encouraged. We still hope to get justice regarding the government-written letter that Jim should NOT be made to sign! We have appealed the FTC order demanding that their misleading letter be signed by us and mailed out by May 19, and are waiting for the judgement. We'll keep you posted! ~Tricia |

Standing Firm In Christ
We have worked hard during the last two and a half years to find new labs and to build our supplies for your patients and clients. Our storehouse is getting well supplied. It has been difficult, and we thank you all for being supportive in this trial.

This unconstitutional order is oppressive. However, we are still standing strong in the face of this tyranny and will continue - Lord willing - with your continued prayer and support. The intent of this order by the FTC is to destroy the ministry of healing of Daniel Chapter One.
