Greetings!
As of April 1, 2010, a federal court has dismissed Daniel Chapter One's emergency motion for a stay. While there are still many options we will explore in the courts, Daniel Chapter One will attempt to comply with the cease and desist order to the best of our ability.
What does this mean for you? Well this is the question because of this unjust action by the FTC and now the federal judges it is important that you listen to the radio program today Friday April 2. Also please call in with any question for Herb Titus. Please make them brief but do call and ask them.
There are many unanswered questions and there are many unknown possible actions or results.

We have worked hard during the last 2 years to find new labs and to build our supplies for your patients and clients. Our store house is getting well supplied. It has been difficult and we thank you all for being supportive in this trial. So, I repeat, all of our products will still be available as
usual.
This unconstitutional order is oppressive. However, we are still
standing strong in the face of this tyranny and will continue Lord willing with your continued prayer and support. The intent of this order by the FTC is to destroy the ministry of healing by Daniel Chapter One.

support, our ministry shall prevail. Christ is victorious!
