Greetings!
As of April 1, 2010, a federal court has dismissed Daniel Chapter One's emergency motion for a stay on the FTC's cease and desist order. While there are still many options we will explore in the courts, Daniel Chapter One will attempt to comply with the cease and desist order to the best of our ability.
What does this mean for you? Until we appeal, we are no longer allowed to tell you how to use our nutritional supplements for any disease. However, all of our products will still be available as usual. While the order is unconstitutional and oppressive, we are still standing strong with your continued prayer and support. The FTC wants this order to bleed Daniel Chapter One dry, but we know that, with your continued support, our ministry shall prevail. Christ is victorious!
