The Federal Trade Commission has denied our appeal of a stay. In doing so, the deny our constitutional rights, and deny us "due process" in court!
According to their Order, rendered after a Star Chamber mock-court, we are to stop sharing all information about the herbs and nutrients our Creator gave us for food and healing, come April 1 -- April Fools Day.
This is a bureaucratic assault on our freedom and yours!
You have the right to information, you have the right to choose. Without choice, there is no freedom.
We have appealed to federal judges, and will get a verdict in a couple of days!

Order Pending Judicial Review is DENIED.

********************************************************************* Above is the final sentence handed down to us by the unrighteous, tyrannical FTC.
Not one person has complained about Daniel Chapter One products, the FTC blocked all testimony from witnesses grateful for the products, and the FTC could not produce one witness other than an oncologist who manages drug trials for the pharmaceutical industry to come against us.
Why not leave us -- you, dear reader, included -- alone?!!!
(And do a legitimate job of protecting the public by going after Ponzi schemes and snakes like Madoff--who the FTC was tipped off about years ago-- drug companies like makers of Vioxx who cover-up danger to the public, etc. etc. . . !)
DANIEL, namesake of Daniel Chapter One, means "God is Judge."

According to the Commission, the exercise of religion extends only to a "religious ceremony or sacrament" participated in by true believers.
However, religion with ceremony and or sacrament is an abomination to The Lord. The exercise of our faith in Christ is not through religious ceremonies but by fulfillment of the Word of The Lord. To look after the needy, feed those who are hungry, to set the captive free, the old, the orphans, the widows, the oppressed, the sick and to anoint them with oil.
James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
