OLD BUDDIES -
with whom I've laughed, and fought
Have we forgotten
what LIFE has taught?
Our material
wealth-in its great cascade-
Is this the thing for
which LIFE was made?
Remember the FREEDOMS
- for which we fought??
Will our valiant
efforts be turned to naught?
Remember our
comrades-the ones who died??
They look at our
Leaders and how they've LIED??
Remember YOUR OATH,
where-in YOU SWORE-
To keep THE ENEMY
off of our shore?
And this we've
done-and we've done it well.
SO-WHY IS OUR
NATION GOING TO HELL???
Go back to YOUR
OATH - and read it again-
THE ENEMY,
now, is more than mere men.
The IDEOLOGY
we fought in the distant past,
Is spreading among
us, all to fast.
RIGHTS-Inherent,
unalienable, given by GOD-
Or bought with our
blood-shed on foreign sod?
TAKE A RIGHT -
and a mere PRIVILEGE grant??
Close your heart and YOUR
MIND, to all who rant-
About the FREEDOMS
- now almost lost-
About BIG
GOVERNMENT - and what its cost.
About how helpless we
always feel,
About how little we
have left to steal.
DOMESTIC ENEMY - Your
AGE is here-
To destroy those
things we all hold dear.
WHO DO WE FIGHT-YOU'RE
SO ILL DEFINED-
Is there FIGHT
left in us-of any kind??
To fulfill OUR
OATH - the time is nigh-
Will our vision
clear, before we die?
THE DOMESTIC ENEMY
- in the LAND OF THE FREE-
The question is: IS HE YOU - OR ME???
(Think about this
definition: DOMESTIC ENEMY - all who take an OATH OF OFFICE to
support and defend the CONSTITUTION and are proven, by our Judicial
process, to have violated their OATHS.
We've honored OURS!! Let's make
them HONOR theirs.) |

FTC Judge Ruling No Surprise
|
The poem, Old Buddies, was written by Sherman "Red" Smith of
Alaska, who served in the U.S. military, and at 85 years of age was recently
willing to come to Washington D.C. to testify in the FTC v. DCO case.
Unfortunately, Mr. Smith suffered a heart attack right before the first hearing
of DCO in the FTC court, April 2009. Fortunately, however, by the hand of God
he was held in Alaska and never boarded the plane! We also know now, that
though he was courageously planning to make the trip for the sake of American
freedom, he would never have been allowed to testify. The FTC blocked all the
testimonies of the DCO witnesses.
August 5, 2009: Jim Feijo and Daniel Chapter One received
notice of the FTC Judge's decision in the matter. Of no surprise, Judge
Chappell ruled against DCO on every issue, over 100 pages worth! He has found
us guilty of "false and misleading advertising", only based upon the fact that
we have no "double-blind placebo controlled studies", and demands still that we
tell you all that only "conventional cancer treatment has been proven safe and
effective" - and to send you to the NCI!
This is the mindset, the agenda of the Obama health plan. A
government controlled, government ruled, forced health plan. No choice.
We say NO to government censorship of truthful information!
Stay tuned, and we will soon tell you more how YOU can stand with us and LET YOUR
VOICE BE HEARD. Ron Paul has drafted two new bills we will ask you to support
with a simple email, letter, or phone call: one is the Freedom of Health
Information Act. We are the only company standing and fighting the FTC tyranny.
And we have only just begun to fight!
Mr. "Red" Smith, thank you for fighting on foreign soil to protect
our great country. And thank you for fighting at home, for the same: FREEDOM.
May God expose the real enemies of all that He has called good, and enbolden truth
and righteousness. We share your poem, Old Buddies, in honor of you and of all soldiers.
