We traveled to Washington, DC, to show our support for
Daniel Chapter One and for Jim and Trish at the Federal Trade Commission hearing. We were not one of the designated witnesses
although we could have been (we both have testimonies) and would have been if
Daniel Chapter One had needed us.
We were so disappointed that the witnesses were not allowed
to give their personal testimonies of how Daniel Chapter One products have
literally changed their lives. We wanted
to see what kind  of reaction the FTC would have to these testimonies-surprise,
astonishment or simply unbelief. As owners
of a Daniel Chapter One Nutritional Center, we hear similar testimonies on a
regular basis. We know the 81 selected witnesses
are only the tip of the iceberg and that there are literally hundreds of people
through the years that have been helped and are still being helped by Daniel
Chapter One products.
The FTC tried to paint a picture of Jim and Trish as high-living,
materialistic, money-hungry people. If
the hearing had not been such a serious matter, that part of it would have been
almost funny. I know Jim and Trish well
enough to know that is an absolute lie.
In 2004 Hurricane Ivan destroyed our store and it took over six months
to receive the insurance settlement.
During those six months we were not always able to keep our invoices
current but Jim and Trish said not to worry and they still sent our shipment
every week. Does that sound like people
who are only interested in money?
We truly thank Jim and Trish for having the courage to take
this stand against the FTC!!

The Griffeys opened The Pensacola Daniel Chapter One Ministry by faith. They had a desire to serve Jesus the Christ and help people. Ken and Peggy have blessed many people and have seem many healings. The FTC and this government would deny them and the people they have helped the right to continue and to share The TRUTH of our Lord Yahweh Elohim.
