Witness Ernie Jensen

Ernie was given up on by the allopathic oncologists, after conventional cancer treatment had failed. He
survived non-Hodgkins lymphoma using Daniel Chapter One 7 Herb Formula
and BioMixx.
The FTC COULD NOT let him speak! Ernie's life and testimony expose the fraudulent
charges and position of the FTC against Daniel Chapter One. He was one
of the few witnesses allowed onto the witness stand, but was hardly
allowed an utterance past his name when an FTC lawyer jumped up and
moved to strike his testimony. Ernie was dismissed by the judge.
He had traveled from Las Vegas to Washington D.C., despite recuperating from pneumonia (his immune system is still weak
from chemotherapy and drugs for a bone marrow transplant.) When Tricia
called Ernie about the hearing, to say we could try to get his testimony in via
phone or t.v., he said, "I want to be there!" At great self-sacrifice,
he came.
The judge and the lawyers knew what Ernie was about to say, DC1 had
to submit his testimony beforehand. That is why he was immediately
silenced.
After DC1 lost the first hearing on jurisdiction, Ernie had the
spiritual insight to say to us, simply, "Congratulations", knowing that
God is in control and that we had to go further to fight for Him and His
Kingdom!
