The Daniel Chapter One Trial was a learning experience for me. I
was thankful the judge said Daniel Chapter One was a ministry but, he later
ruled in favor of the FTC. Hopefully the judge will rule in favor of Daniel
Chapter One in the final ruling.
I was hurt that the many witnesses who traveled all the way to Washington, DC
to testify were not allowed to by the FTC. The FTC lawyers didn't want the
judge to hear from them. They had very powerful testimonies that could
have swayed the judge.
If I had been able to testify, I would have been happy to tell the
FTC judge and court "I am thankful that I learned of Jim and Trisha's
products and ministry. It is wonderful not to have IBS after 30 years of
daily bathroom stops, thanks to Daniel Chapter One products. Also, I no
longer have benign cysts, thanks to Daniel Chapter One products. In the
beginning I thought it was a very lucrative business venture. After
meeting Jim and Trish at a rally, I told my husband it is most certainly a
ministry and not just a business. There could be no other answer for what
they have put their bodies through."
We are praying for the Daniel Chapter One ministry in this
fight. Their products help people!
