Message from the President of NAWBO Delaware by Devona E. G. Williams, Ph.D Happy Valentine's Day Learn to Love Your Business!
Do you love your business? Remember the "Ah-ha" moment and that feeling of passion that helped you start your business. It was all you could think about. Remember the feeling of independence, the desire you felt, the rush of beginning your business, buying your business or joining a partner in business?
If you don't feel that way today, now's the time to ignite the passion you once had with your business. Great opportunities exist at present and in the near future for business owners that are able to align their passions with their businesses and sell excitement on to their customers. If you've lost that special spark now's the time to ignite it!
How do you do this? Ask yourself this one critical question.
Is my business my passion? If yes, just enjoy it and keep adding on to what you are already doing. If not, then find something unique about your business that you can become passionate about. List three ways you can communicate the passion that you have for your business to your customers. Can't think of any reasons to love your business - then list three things you can do to change your business to bring back that loving feeling.

Transformations by Lori
Your treasures, transformed.
Offering Residential and Commercial Interior Design, Color Consultations, One-Day Redesign, Real Estate Staging, Visual Merchandising, and Event Decorating and Theming.
My color selection process is scientifically and numerically based, patent-pending, and helps you choose the RIGHT color every time. There are only about 300 people in the United States trained in this system, and I am the first to bring it to the Northern Delaware Region. Clients can apply this system to paint, flooring, tile, window treatments, countertops and any other application where color is a factor.
Real Estate Staging is used when selling. I have teamed up with a professional photographer to offer a complete marketing system called "Virtually Yours." We stage the home, take professional photographs from many angles and create a virtual tour of your property. Since 74% of home buyers begin looking on the Internet, it makes sense to have the best Internet presence available.
Using my color and placement expertise, I can also offer beautiful event decorating and theming. I have teamed up with a floral designer to create "Mon Fete Tres" (The Celebration of Your Imagination). We will make your wedding, party, or event personal, beautiful, and memorable.
Ask us about these or several other of our unique offerings. Let my team of creative geniuses turn your show-stopper into a showplace. Check out our new website!
