Submission Information

Advertisements:
Display Ads
Due the 1st of each preceding month if you need us to design an ad for you.
Due the 7th of each preceding month if your ad is camera ready.
ie: March 1st for April issue

Camera ready means your 300dpi ad  is ready to be printed.
Formats accepted are pdf, jpeg, psd, tiff and eps.
We do not accept Word or Publisher files as camera ready. They are not 100% compatible with our systems and do not convert properly. Please convert to an appropriate format.

We offer design services for a nominal fee, depending on ad size.
We will comp this fee for a 6+ month committment.

Calendar and  Classified Listings
Due the 7th of each preceding month.
These listings run $15 for 20 words, $1 each additional word

Practitioner Listings
Due the 7th of each preceding month.
These listings run $30 per month or $75 for 3 months.
They are 4 lines formatted with no more than 45 characters on any line, with the 4th line being your website or e-mail address. Extra lines are $10 per month

Article submission:
All articles are due the 1st of each preceding month.
Articles may be 400, 800 or 1500 words.
Articles may NOT be advertorial in any way, and may not be previously published in any Southeastern publication.
You will receive a by-line including a picture and contact information.
