Need Help? 

   You may be hesitant to ask for help (or directions!), but let's face it, we all need help at one time or another.

   Let me break it down like James, Jesus' brother, did: when you need help, ask for it.  

   I'm speaking mostly about asking God for help; James bluntly said,  "You do not have because you do not ask God."*

   How crazy to think the help we desperately need may be out of reach simply because we've failed to ask God! 

   Maybe you need to go to God right now... really! 

   Sometimes, however, a request is misdirected.* Occasionally we ask for things we want (like more money) when God is wanting and waiting for us to ask for what is actually needed (like a spending plan, wisdom, or self-discipline).  

   Even now you may be asking God to remove difficult people from your ministry -- to replace them with mature, smart leaders (who think like You, of course). But He's likely waiting for you to ask Him how to accept challenging people as an opportunity to grow your character, how to move needy people into meaningful discipleship, and how to develop disciples into leaders.

   We also want to be a help and support to you through counsel, coaching, training, and our network resources! Don't neglect to ask ☺. Our mission, after all, is to delight God by starting and strengthening churches... which we can only do under His direction and with His help.
