Flying primarily under the radar as the gay community's new non-stereotypical role models, the boys have one season of their gay-Green Acres-type reality show under their belts and are looking forward to launching their next season in March.

Corporate Diversity and the Evolution of the Corporate Equality Index

The 2011 CEI marked important milestones in our communities struggle for LGBT equality in the workplace. This year's report saw a record number of top performers in LGBT workplace equality as it bookended the second iteration of CEI criteria. Back in 2002, only 13 employers received a perfect score under the initial criteria, whereas this year, 337 employers hold that distinction. The evolution of fair and inclusive workplace practices and policies has been encouraging. While a 100 percent score on the CEI has become the standard for LGBT workplace inclusion, we recognize that it is time to once again raise the bar of excellence in the upcoming 10th year of the report.

A year ago, I was telling folks that sooner rather than later, there would be several thousand social media marketers out there and that this still wouldn't be enough to service the needs of businesses large and small seeking to tap into social media marketing as an integral part of their company's 21st century marketing strategy.
