At the same time, a growing number of transgender employees are transitioning on the job. This confluence of factors brings to the fore a key question for many LGBT employee resource groups: how can we make our group more trans-inclusive? This in turn raises additional questions as the components of our alphabet soup family strive to understand each other better. This can be a particularly vexing issue to deal with because in even very large companies, most transgender employees are in all likelihood deeply closeted.
