Greetings!

 

I remember being a little bean and recognizing that it felt good to be thankful. Giving thanks would always be up front in my prayers. Gratitude is a simple concept, yet we feel it in the heart; the physical dwelling of love.  My heart fills my chest when I am thankful

 

When we are thankful, our hearts open up. And when our hearts are open, we feel lighter, enlightened even. Gratitude has a very high vibration that you can sense, feel and express freely! 

 

Its easy to be grateful. Just look around you. There is so much beauty and splendor all around. Focus on that. Its your choice --You, the center of your Universe.  


Spend November being
grateful, reminding yourself of how sweet it is to be as you are and to live as you do. Wake up in the morning and right there in bed, make a list of five things you're grateful for. Then as you eat your meals each day, take a moment to sit in gratitude again. Once more as you retire, again reflect on all that you have to be thankful for. Keep gratitude in your heart and it will flourish as you do. The more you cultivate an attitude of gratitude, the more you'll notice that you have to be grateful for.
