A door is either open or its closed. Your heart is open sometimes and its closed at other times. You can feel it. Oh, what discomfort a closed heart brings!
I've gotten to a place where I'm claiming an open heart in all of my interactions with others. I started this project by opening my heart to myself and to Grace Itself. And when I opened up, Grace flooded in--into every place that was open to receive it and it made me more Graceful. You can do this too.
You don't have to be "out there" to be open. You can just be you, and you can open up.
Start with your heart. That's where the good stuff comes to and goes out from. Begin now by gently drawing your shoulders back and down and lifting your sternum up. You know that the body reflects the truth, right? --like when you're feeling cranky, your brow furrows, or when you're feeling amorous your glands release pheromones...
When you intend to be open to anything that arises, then big stuff has space to flow in. When you're open, love can flow in. Big ideas come to you, when you're open. Openness leads intuition, which often presents you with an "aha!" moment. With openness as your intention, anything is possible. You can try new things, fall in love, travel, lose weight easily, change your career, create a new industry, go back to school, adopt a kid, be awesome, get enlightened, take 3 classes in row, make new friends, change the world or whatever strikes your fancy!
We encourage you to open your mind, heart and body this month, knowing that we'll be at your side reflecting openness. The staff and I look forward to seeing you at SWERVE.
Namasté,
Gillian Clark
