Its all about loving and accepting yourself just as you are this month. Its easy to do if you just work on it a little at a time. Look at your hands and come up with 3 reasons why you absolutely love them. You can do this with your body, and your mind and eventually with your Self, your Being. Can you sit for 5 minutes and connect with your TRUE NATURE? Try it now at your computer. Close your eyes and just feel your true nature. Self LOVE will begin to flow inward and through.

This restorative class will focus on deep stretching, self-massage, and various breathing techniques to help alleviate some of the stress and pain we carry
in our bodies - specifically, in our joints.  

Yoga Tune Up is an equal opportunity approach to yoga and healthy movement, it is a technique that allows EVERYONE the chance to
experience deep relaxation and restoration in both the mind and the body.

Patty Wortham is a certified Yoga Tune Up instructor and is thrilled to
introduce her favorite method of stretching to the SWERVE Community.

This fusion total body workout set in a fast paced environment, will offer different combinations of core training exercises, from ballet/pilates inspir ed moves, to boxing, plyometrics and super killer sculpting moves, guaranteeing you will burn the maximum amount of calories in the shortest amount of time. A special blend of fun fitness combos, your heart will be pumping, muscles moving and your body bursting with energy. If you are seeking core strength in a fun atmosphere and enjoy the fast pace of a boot camp environment then T3 is the class for you.

Class closes with a killer abdominal workout and a cool down time to relax and rejuvenate.
