SWERVE welcomes certified YBB instructor, Kristen Huffman to the staff! Come check out her class, which is certain to brighten your day! Kristen shares with students her own joy of dance and of life! A perfect addition to follow up Kim's World Beat Workout- -30 minutes of deep guided stretching. Kim's extensive training in Feldenkries Method and her broad experience as dancer, choreographer and instructor serve as the foundation for this class, which focuses largely on awareness. |

This 9-day workshop (spaced over 3 consecutive weeks) is designed to introduce young adults to Hatha Yoga, which includes meditation, breathing & exercises. Students will excel in basic asanas (postures), and pranayama (breathing) in order to improve focus and agility. Once mastered, practitioners can incorporate yoga in their daily lives, or continue to master yogic philosophy throughout their lifetime. |
