| Remembering Ann Nelson `89 | |

"I am not afraid of tomorrow, for I have seen yesterday and I love today." This quote was taken from Ann's senior statement in her yearbook. On September 11, 2001, Ann lost her life in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center.
Wayland will hold a Memorial Service to honor Ann's memory on Monday, September 12, 2011, at 2 p.m. for the 10 year anniversary of this tragic event. Ann's mother Jenette maintains a memorial website in honor of her daughter. Please take a look at it at http://annnelsonmemorial.tripod.com/index.htm to learn more of this extraordinary young woman.
You can also read more of Ann's story in the Greetings online. | |
