Dear Colleagues,
I know that many of you are busy with the beginning of a new school year. It is one of the times when I most miss being at a school. The energy is incredible at a school as the faculty and students return with tales of their summer adventures. Most of you have been working hard to prepare for their return. At MISBO we have had a similar summer. As you know we launched the 2012 Benchmarking Survey this past Monday with individual login messages sent to approximately 500 MISBO and SAIS member schools.
On Friday afternoon we begin the migration to our new website - www.misbo.com. Our website will have a completely new look and feel. Please see the notes below about timing and login information. Even more exciting is the go-live for our new association database management system which is fully integrated with the new website. These tools will allow MISBO to serve you better. We will have timely accurate data for all of our schools and vendors. The vendor pages will look different because they are now dynamically generated from the database.
Also new this fall, we are launching our first Webinar series and registration is now open for the first Webinar on September 12th (see below).
So, in addition to audit preparation (next week), looking for new office space (we plan to move November 1st) and a variety of other tasks, MISBO staff has enjoyed a full and rewarding summer preparing to enhance the value we bring to each of our member schools.
Enjoy the beginning of school - it only happens once a year!

MISBO will be migrating to the new website beginning late in the day on Friday August 24, 2012.
The migration can be immediate for some and up to two days for others. If you go to www.misbo.com and are on the new website, you will need to login to the new website to have full access to information. Just enter your email address and MISBO (all upper case) as your temporary password. You will be prompted to change your password.
