Workforce Transformation Through Education will feature Rich Frederick, Executive Director of the Ohio State Office of Workforce Transformation.  He will share with us the vision of how to improve career knowledge at all ages.  A panel, representing statewide programs, employers and skilled workers, will explain Ohio Means Jobs; how elementary classroom links K-12 to preparing for jobs and a practicum about employers' needs as job requirements have evolved.
