BU bridge

At last.

After more than two years of traffic-tangling renovations, the BU Bridge now has bike lanes, and two experimental reconfigurations of auto traffic will be test-driven between now and summer on the crucial Calvin Coolidge-era artery.

STH Library Instruction Sessions

The School of Theology library staff will be providing instructional sessions on the new discovery tool, Primo, next week in the Room 209, the library's electronic classroom. This new tool will replace the current library catalog by the end of the semester (and perhaps before!) so it's a good time to become familiar with it.  The first four sessions will be as follows:

Tuesday, January 24th at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm

Thursday, January 26th at 1:00 pm

Friday, January 27th at 11:00 am.

The sessions will last about 30 minutes. If you have questions, please contact Jim Skypeck at 617-353-5357 or at jrsky@bu.edu.

Other Special Events of Interest to You

The African American Studies Fall 2011 Lectures and Special Events
  • Monthly News and Events from the Schools of the Boston Theological Institute

The Institute on Culture, Religion and World Affairs is a center for research, publication, and education on one of the most important questions in the contemporary world: How does culture affect economic and political developments world-wide? Specifically, how does religion impact international affairs? Since its inception in 1985, CURA has sought to discover, trace, and analyze the connection between culture, economics, politics, and globalization. We have conducted research projects on every continent except Australia, and these projects have resulted in publications that have become major points of reference on their topics. In a dynamic and modernizing world, CURA's ultimate agenda is to further global understanding and communication.
