Amma Sri Karunamayi will be giving discourses on the fundamental truths that support all faiths as part of her seventeenth World Tour in 2011. All are invited to hear her inspiring message, join with her in singing devotional songs, and receive the blessings of her divine knowledge and love. Ganapati Homa for Removal of Obstacles!
Sunday June 5th, 2011
Ganapati, also known as Ganesha, is considered the great remover of obstacles, both spiritual and material. Honoring the energies that remove obstacles from our path is the entry-point to bringing in abundance and grace. We will be performing a homa (sacred fire ceremony) to invoke these energies in our hearts and environment.
By sponsoring this homa, you will help support Amma's first ever visit to the Twin-Cities! All donations received will go directly to support her trip here, and to SMVA Trust.
All sponsors will have their name included in the sankalpa of the homa! What this means is that all sponsors will be receiving the blessings of Ganesha's energy to remove obstacles in their own life!

Consciousness Discussion Group
Join us for a discussion on consciousness: how to integrate conscious action into day-to-day life, how these concepts relate to Gita and how it can be used to help get a deeper understanding of yourself. This group promotes the unity of all dharmas, religions and God or Divine Mother focused belief systems, showing the underlying thread which connects them all.

This discussion group focuses on the concepts found in a particular chapter of the Bhagavad-Gita. This is an excellent discussion group to deepen your understanding of the core concepts found in Gita!

The Art of Mantra
Would you like to learn how to chant in Sanskrit? This is your opportunity! This class focuses on the art and science of mantra and how mantra can benefit your life. Each class will cover a different mantra, teaching proper pronunciation and rhythm so as to give a firm foundation to your own spiritual practice.
