Happy New Year!

Welcome to our next edition of New(S)olutions, our monthly newsletter, our first of the New Year.  If this is your first time, welcome. If you are a returning subscriber, we're glad to have you back.

In taking a look back at 2010, as people do this time of year, we can certainly say it was challenging, but we survived.  Not only did we survive, we put in place a number of initiatives to help us come out of the current economic climate stronger than ever.

1)  We announced a re-branding and new corporate identity for the company to
clearly define who we are as an organization and eliminate confusion in the
marketplace.  See our product brands at the bottom of this newsletter.

 2)  We published a new 24 page corporate brochure.

3)  We introduced our new e-commerce online store, www.cc-aeponline.com.

4)  We exhibited at the AIA Show in Miami.

5)  We doubled our national sales force to over 30 architectural sales agencies.

6)  We set a new safety record by reaching 5 1/2 years without a lost time
      accident.

7)  We restructured our engineering and estimating departments to improve
our bid response and shop drawing preparation.

8)  We started surveying our customers to get their feedback on how to
      improve our services to them.

9)  We started publishing this newsletter to keep you up-to-date on Custom
      Components Company.

10)  We introduced several new products, the most significant being the
EZ Access™ sliding door system detailed below.

Looking forward to 2011, we are extremely optimistic and setting our sights on becoming even more aggressive in exceeding customer expectations, making new partnerships and providing the best customer "care" in the industry.

A Trusted Partner

In the building and architectural community, trust is key to a successful relationship and to financial success.  We here at Custom Components Company are thankful to have many valued partners.  Let us tell you about one of them:

Austin Commercial is a general contractor and recognized leader in commercial construction, building well known infrastructures such as the American Airlines Center, DFW Airport's International Terminal D and UT Southwestern's T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building and Conference Center.  It has been named Contractor of the Year by the Dallas/Forth Worth Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association.

We have been fortunate to work with Austin Commercial on several key projects over the years, including the OMNI Hotel (Fort Worth), Granite & Gables (Dallas), W-Hotel (Austin) and the Irving Convention Center (Irving).  We will be working with them again shortly on the new Museum Tower in Dallas, TX.

Here is what Austin Commercial said recently about our relationship:

"...We have had the pleasure of working with Custom Components Company, LLC from Tampa, FL on a number of large and important projects.  Their desire to satisfy the Architectural requirements and their creative ability to provide custom solutions at competitive prices are several of their greatest strengths.  Manufacturing a quality product, while remaining competitive, and their ability to meet schedules are very important to us.  Custom Components Company LLC is first rate in all of these areas.  We trust their expertise so much, we have recently awarded them another project in Dallas, Museum Tower..."
