This piece is only available in 2012 and has Jamestown Glasshouse 2012 as well as a number etched onto the glass. This piece is an adaptation of a carafe shaped vessel, found in the drawings of John Greene, of the London Glass Seller's Company. This company imported large quantities of glass from Venice, Italy between 1667 and 1673. The drawings were sent to Venetian glassmaker Allesio Morelli. These drawings illustrated nearly five hundred glasses to be made.

Small oil lamps were used in the early 1800's to set the duration of a visit for a gentleman caller. When the lamp went out so did he. This piece measures 7" high.
