 The "Procurement Module" within Oracle Primavera Contract Management Business Intelligence Publisher Edition is used to log, track and compare bids from contractors and suppliers that have been solicited to provide product and services to required to complete a project. Once bidding is complete, procurement managers are able to use PCM to evaluate competing bids and award contracts and purchase orders to the successful bidder. Using the Contract Management Procurement Module eliminates duplicate entry of scope items and cost distributions while streamlining the procurement process.
