New State Coastal Master Plan
The 2012 draft of the "Master Plan" for coastal Louisiana has been released. Comments will be taken until Saturday, February 25th. A community meeting in our Basin to discuss the plan will be held today, January 23rd from 1:00pm to 7:30pm in UNO's Lindy Boggs building. Read more and consider commenting.

West End Master Plan Public Meeting
The Regional Planning Commission in partnership with the New Orleans Municipal Yacht Harbor Management Corporation, the New Orleans City Planning Commission, Jefferson Parish Planning, and the Friends of West End, Inc. will hold a Public Meeting to discuss the creation of a refined master plan for the redevelopment of the West End area on Tuesday, January 31 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Regional Transportation Management Center, 10 Veterans Blvd., New Orleans.  Come be a part of moving planning forward for West End and have your comments heard.
