21st Annual Back to the Beach Festival
June 4, 5 & 6

The Back to the Beach Festival - the Foundation's signature event - will be held this weekend in Kenner's Laketown (where Williams Boulevard meets the Lake).

The three-day Festival has something for everyone: a family atmosphere with New Orleans' best live music, out-of-this-world food from great area caterers, arts & crafts from local artists, and lots of children activities. It all kicks off with a Run/Walk on Friday evening, and the rest of the weekend is jam-packed with a Bikes at the Beach motorcycle rally on Saturday, a Car Show on Sunday, and much more - all while helping to Save Our Lake & Coast!

Bring your lawn chairs!  No tents, coolers or pets, please!

14th Annual Save Our Lake & Coast Fishing Rodeo

LPBF is closely monitoring the oil leak disaster and collecting all available information to assess the status of the leak and its future affects on the lakes and coastline of the Pontchartrain Basin.  Based on several of these factors, the 14th Annual Save Our Lake & Coast Fishing Rodeo has been rescheduled for August 7 & 8.
