Volunteer Policy Effective July 1
 A new Purdue system-wide interim policy for volunteers became effective July 1, 2012. The provisions of the policy on Volunteers, Interim (VI.B.2) include registration of all volunteers with the department or unit in which they are volunteering and a screening of each volunteer against both the state and national sex and violent offender registries.

A few dozen RiverFest 2012 t-shirts are available at a reduced price of $5. This year's model comes in soft orange or green and features softer fabric, shorter sleeves, and a more fitted cut. The only sizes left are adult L and XL. The shirts are at the University Relations and Communications office in the Support Services Building reception area, room 118.
