Streamlining Support for dotCMS

Information Technology Services and University Relations and Communications are partnering to improve the support structure available for dotCMS requests and technical support. Please contact the IT Services Help Desk first for all dotCMS-related questions at [email protected] or 481-6030. Your questions will then be routed to the first available team member.

The goal is to reduce the downtime you experience and improve the documentation and resources available for troubleshooting. IT Services will also use incident reporting to provide meaningful feedback on how to improve the overall system.
