formation of a search committee for my replacement, because Purdue University's rules for executive employees require retirement during the year of one's 65th birthday. It has been my honor to serve IPFW for 19 years, and I appreciate the support shown for my extension as chancellor by the IPFW and northeast Indiana communities.
