IPFW Signs Historic Agreement with Chengdu Panda Research Center
IPFW is the first university to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Chengdu Base for Giant Panda Reproduction and the Global Cause Foundation (GCF). The agreement was signed June 8 in Chengdu, China, by Chancellor Michael Wartell, Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs Walter Branson, Dr. Zhang Zhihe, director of the panda research center, and John Spotila, president of GCF. Number 3 is incorrect. In text, personal titles immediately preceding a name are capitalized; those following a name are set off by commas and not capitalized.

Three Rivers Festival Time at IPFW
IPFW is looking for volunteers from the campus community to help represent the university in these summer traditions:

- Ice Cream Social: Monday, July 11, 7-8:30 p.m., IPFW campus. Shifts run from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Contact Laurel Alberson, albersol@ipfw.edu.
- Children's Fest: Friday and Saturday, July 15 and 16, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., IPFW campus. Three shifts available: 10 a.m.-noon, noon-2 p.m., or 2-4 p.m. Contact Louise Teague, teaguel@ipfw.edu.
