Campus-wide Power Outage Sept. 26 Physical Plant has scheduled a campus-wide power outage on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010. This outage will occur from 2 to 4 a.m. and will affect the main campus power supply. Student Housing, Ginsberg-Dolnick and West Campus will not be affected. This outage is to perform vital switching work for the new Student Services Complex project and for the Kettler-Neff high voltage project. All work is expected to occur within the two-hour time frame. Please e-mail or call Greg Justice with any specific requirements your department might have to accommodate the outage or if you have further questions. |
Nursing Department Open House Sept. 16 The campus community is invited to attend an open house for the new state-of-the-art nursing department Sept. 16 from 4 to 6 p.m. on the third floor of the Liberal Arts Building. Enjoy light refreshments and see the latest in nursing education technology in the new nursing simulation and skills center. |
ADA Workshop Addresses Amendment Learn about the changes the Amendments Act makes to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how the changes affect you: There are two sessions in the Rhinehart Recital Hall on Sept. 27:
- 10-11:30 a.m. Addresses the implementation of the ADA and the ADA Amendments Act in the workplace; employment focused.
- 1-2:30 p.m. An overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the ADA Amendments Act.

Chicago Shopping Trip Open to Public
Shop 'til you drop! | Love shopping in the Windy City but hate driving there? The Association of IPFW Women is taking reservations for its annual shopping trip to downtown Chicago, Saturday, Oct. 23.
