Supervise for Success Training Program Human Resources is offering the "Supervise for Success" training program again this fall. The program consists of ten learning units, including:
- What does it mean to lead?
- Managing Performance
- Understanding university policies/procedures and employment laws
- Untangling conflicts
- Hiring quality candidates
- Building relationships ... and more
Two cohort series will be offered, with meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Details are available at the Human Resources Web site. |

Rich Promoted to Regional Director of Northeast Indiana SBDC
Jane Rich | The Division of Continuing Studies, in partnership with the Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) network, has announced the promotion of Jane Rich to regional director of the Northeast Indiana Small Business Development Center (NEISBDC), effective Monday, Aug. 16. Earlier this year, Rich was named 2009 ISBDC Business Advisor of the Year.She came to the Northeast Indiana SBDC with more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending and small business development. |
