Fort Wayne Wireless Summer School
WirelessPlans are already underway for next year's Fort Wayne Wireless Summer School, following a highly successful and well-attended session hosted June 16-17 by the IPFW Wireless Technology Center. ITT has worked in close partnership with IPFW in establishing the Wireless Technology Center and hired Todor Cooklev as the founding director two years ago. The focus of this year's symposium was on development platforms and instrumentation equipment, with additional presentations and tutorials that captured the state of wireless technology in the government and defense markets. Summer Construction Update 
  • Mastodon and craneThe campus will have a scheduled power outage on Sunday, July 18, at 12:01 a.m. for a duration of approximately 8 hours.  
  • The campus entrance closure at Broyles Blvd. and St. Joe Road will be extended for five days.
Students Complete VEX Robotics Challenge

VEX Robotics
Ten students in grades 8 through 12 spent a week at the VEX Robotics Challenge camp, offered in collaboration between the Department of Engineering and the College of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science K-12 Outreach. Participants worked in teams to construct and program their VEX robots in preparation for a mini-competition. Seven campers took home prizes. Read the details
